Thank you for choosing Head Candy for your hair care needs. We understand that life can be unpredictable and circumstances may arise that necessitate cancelling or rescheduling appointments. To ensure that we can continue to provide quality services to all of our clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 48 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client who may be waiting for an opening.
If you cancel or fail to show up to your appointment less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time, a cancellation fee will be charged and will need to be paid before rescheduling your next appointment. The cancellation fee will be 50% of the total cost of the scheduled services.
Please note that if you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule your appointment and a cancellation fee may apply.
